Bazat Tracker is a workforce monitoring and management platform designed to assist organizations in managing field employees, attendance, location tracking, task monitoring, reporting, route tracking, and other workforce-related activities.

The Platform is intended for use by businesses, employers, employees, contractors, field executives, sales representatives, service personnel, and authorized users.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are authorized by your employer or organization to use the Platform.
• All information provided by you is accurate and complete.
• You will update your information whenever necessary.

To access certain features of the Platform, users may be required to create an account. You agree that:

• Login credentials shall be kept confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.

Bazat Tracker includes GPS-based location tracking features. By using the Platform:

• Employees acknowledge and consent to the collection of location data during working hours or as configured by their employer.
• Employers are responsible for obtaining any legally required employee consent before enabling tracking features.
• Location tracking may be active during login sessions, duty hours, assigned tasks, route tracking, or as configured by the organization.

The Company shall not be responsible for disputes arising between employers and employees regarding workplace monitoring practices.

The Platform may record:

• Login and logout timestamps
• Attendance records
• Live location data
• Visit records
• Route history
• Task completion status
• Activity logs
• Device information required for service functionality

Users acknowledge that such records may be used by employers for workforce management, payroll processing, productivity analysis, compliance, and reporting purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
• Tamper with attendance records, location records, or activity logs.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Use the Platform in a manner that interferes with other users.

Any such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

While Bazat Tracker uses GPS and related technologies to provide location services:

• Location accuracy may vary due to device settings, network availability, GPS signal strength, environmental conditions, or hardware limitations.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of location information.
• Employers and users should independently verify critical information when required.

The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from inaccurate location data.

Organizations using Bazat Tracker may be required to subscribe to paid plans. Users agree that:

• Applicable subscription fees shall be paid in advance.
• Fees are subject to change upon prior notice.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Taxes applicable under Indian law shall be payable in addition to subscription charges.

All employee, attendance, location, task, and operational data uploaded by an organization remains the property of that organization.

By using the Platform, users grant Bazat Tracker the right to process, store, and use such data solely for providing the services.

We may retain data for operational, compliance, audit, backup, security, and legal purposes. Data retention periods may vary depending on:

• Subscription plans
• Legal obligations
• Customer requirements
• Internal operational policies

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including:

• Software
• Source code
• User interface
• Design elements
• Trademarks
• Logos
• Reports
• Documentation

shall remain the exclusive property of GRYWUD CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED. No user shall copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:

• Maps and GPS providers
• Cloud hosting providers
• SMS services
• Email services
• Communication platforms

Use of such services may be governed by the respective third-party terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Subscription fees remain unpaid.
• Use of the Platform poses security or legal risks.

Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazat Tracker and GRYWUD CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Payroll disputes
• Employment disputes
• Incorrect attendance records caused by device failures
• GPS inaccuracies
• Service interruptions caused by third-party networks

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the customer during the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRYWUD CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
• Misuse of the Platform
• Employment-related disputes involving Platform data

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Internet outages
• Telecommunications failures
• Power interruptions
• Cyberattacks
• Acts of war or civil unrest

Your use of Bazat Tracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
